• What is Tapped Festival?
  • Tapped Festival is the very first Memorial Day Weekend music & brew festival at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.
• What are Tapped Festival hours of operations?
  • 11-7pm
• Where is Tapped Festival Located?
  • Tapped Festival is located at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego rooftop, 207 5th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101
• How much is admission to Tapped Festival?
  • Tickets start at $20 and go up as each level sell out.
• How do I get on the guest list for Tapped Festival?
  • There is no guest list for Tapped Festival.
• How do I purchase tickets?
  • Tickets can be purchased at tappedfestsd.com
• As a ticket holder, what am I entitled to?
  • Your ticket guarantees you entry into Tapped Festival as long as the venue isn’t at max capacity. It is always recommended that you arrive as early as possible. However, Tapped Festival reserves the right to refuse entry, at their discretion, for any reason, including dress code, over-intoxication, and other reasons.
• What if I lose my ticket for Tapped Festival?
  • If you purchased your ticket online, you can email us at tappedfest@wepartynaked.com to request that we re-send your e-ticket. If you lose it day of, we can look up your ticket by name, and entry will be granted as long as the ticket has not yet been scanned/checked in at will call.
• Can you scan my ticket from my phone?
  • Yes
• Does Tapped Festival allow re-entry?
  • No re entry except for VIP guests & Rock Royalty members.

• How old do I have to be to get in? Can I bring kids?
  • Tapped Festival is 21-and-up so unfortunately no children are allowed.

VIP QUESTIONS

• How do I make a table reservation for Tapped Festival?
  • If you’re interested in a table reservation for Tapped Festival email vip@wepartynaked.com or call Trevor at 916.532.7612.
• How do cabana and daybed reservations work?
  • VIP table service is based on a food & beverage minimum. There is no reservation fee for the cabana or daybed and admission is included for a specific number of people based on your minimum.
• How does a food & beverage minimum work?
  • Food & beverage minimum is an agreement by your party to spend a specific amount on food & drinks at your cabana or daybed.
• Is tip and tax included in the minimum?
  • Like most venues and service-based industries, the tip & tax is not included, and is in addition to the minimum.
• What is the process for checking into my table reservation?
  • Table check-in for Tapped Festival starts at 11am and is located through the hotel entry on 5th avenue. If you aren’t sure where to go, the Hard Rock Hotel front desk can direct you.
• What time do I need to check into my table reservation?
  • Your reservation will be held until 1pm; after that it will be subject to relocation.

 

MISC QUESTIONS

• What type of music will be played at Tapped Festival?
  • There will be a live band playing reggae/rock fusion as well as DJs playing open format music throughout the day.
• Can I charge my tab to my room?
  • No room charges are permitted at Tapped Festival.
• If I’m staying at the hotel do I need a ticket for Tapped Festival?
  • It is required that you RSVP to the hotel to get a complimentary ticket to Tapped Festival ahead of time. Contact the concierge for more information.
• Is there a bag check?
  • There will be a bag check available at Tapped Festival. Ask for more information when you arrive at the venue.
• What is the Tapped Festival refund policy?
  • There are no refunds for tickets to Tapped Festival. Review the Terms and Conditions you are required to accept before purchasing tickets.
