From the owners of Mezé, the Gaslamp’s Greek Fusion restaurant, GBOD Hospitality Group prepares to open their third concept in Liberty Public Market. Saganaki will feature the classic Greek dish of fried and flambéed cheese and will also offer sweet and savory varieties of the pan-fried bite. A line-up of Mediterranean-style wraps and Greek yogurt bowls will round out the small-plate centered menu.
