The Farmers Insurance Open, San Diego’s Prestigious PGA Tour Tournament, is returning this Thursday at Torrey Pines Golf Course! Gates open between 7a-7:30a starting on Thursday and runs until Sunday. In addition to all the golf aspects, attendees will also get to enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment with some post=party access later in the day! Tickets start at $50 with add-on activities available.
Beach Spin

Trying to get your spin on? Head out to the Paseo Lawn at the Hotel Del Coronado for an oceanfront spin class to liven up your morning! This 50-minute instructor-led class is upbeat and has high-energy music and amazing ocean views! The class is only $15 for San Diego residents (with ID) and $25 for non-residents.

1 Wave Challenge & Beach Run
7:30a, La Jolla Shores
Come out and join surfers at La Jolla Shores this Saturday as they attempt to break a world record for the most surfers on one wave at one time in the 1 Wave Challenge & Beach Run! Further participants will also be supporting the Boys to Men Mentoring charity, a local mentoring program for boys without fathers. Not a surfer? That’s okay, you can also participate in the 5K or 5-mile beach run to Torrey Pines!
Sunday, January 28th
Tidepooling Adventure
1p-3p, La Jolla
Did you know that when the sea meets the land at San Diego beaches, little pockets of life are created? Well, this Sunday, The Birch Aquarium’s team of trained naturalists want to show you how to explore the tide pools at Dike Rock or False Point for $16 ($13 for members). The Winter time is the most optimal time to explore tidepools because the lower tides reveal more of the beaches!
