    • SUNBURN Pool Lounge is the Saturday rooftop pool destination at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. Featuring 27 VIP cabanas and day beds, a large BBQ grill, 2 bars and fun interactive games, SUNBURN is the San Diego Saturday hotspot you won’t want to miss out on.

    • 11-6pm
  • Where is SUNBURN Pool Lounge Located?
    • SUNBURN Pool Lounge is located at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, 207 5th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101
  • How much is admission to SUNBURN Pool Lounge?
    • Tickets start at $10 and go up depending on the day, demand and talent.
  • How do I get on the guest list for SUNBURN Pool Lounge?
    • There is no guest list for the SUNBURN.
  • How do I purchase tickets?
  • What are the differences between Early Bird, Pre-Sale & General Admission tickets?
    • The only differences between these ticket types are the price. Once one ticket price sells out, the next tier up will be the least expensive available. All of these ticket types gain you the same general entry into the party. With that being said, make sure you don’t wait too long to purchase your ticket so you are able to take advantage of the early bird pricing!
  • As a ticket holder, what am I entitled to?
    • Your ticket guarantees you entry into SUNBURN Pool Lounge before 3pm. However, SUNBURN reserves the right to refuse entry, at their discretion, for any reason, including dress code, over-intoxication, and other reasons.
  • What if I never received my e-ticket via email or I lose my ticket for SUNBURN Pool Lounge?
    • If you purchased your ticket online and have an order number, your first and last name will be on the will call list at the entrance of the party. You may also show your e-ticket(s) on your mobile phone or have them printed out if you prefer. If you purchased a hard copy ticket, you will need that ticket to enter. SUNBURN Pool Lounge has no way of helping you recover lost hard copy tickets. 
  • My credit card was declined but I still see a pending transaction in my bank/credit card account. Why?
    • From time to time we receive calls from customers who attempt to place an order online and their credit cards are declined for one or more reasons – but their bank accounts will show that the charge is pending for several days. When we search our payment gateway here at GDM/Party Naked, we will only see that the transaction has been declined.If this happened to you, your credit/debit card charge has been declined from our perspective. However, based on the way many banks operate, the charge(s) may be pending for several days. The money will never be taken out of your credit card account but the reserve will be put aside so it will reduce your credit limit until the transaction clears on its own within 2-5 business days.Unfortunately, we cannot remove the charge, nor can we call in on your behalf as the credit card companies will not share account information with non-account holders such as the merchant.
  • Does SUNBURN Pool Lounge allow re-entry?
    • No re-entry except for VIP guests Rock Royalty members.

  • How old do I have to be to get in? Can I bring kids?
    • SUNBURN Pool Lounge is 21-and-up so unfortunately, no children are allowed.

VIP QUESTIONS

  • How do I make a table reservation for SUNBURN Pool Lounge?
    • If you’re interested in a table reservation for SUNBURN Pool Lounge email vip@wepartynaked.com or call Trevor at 916.532.7612.
  • How do cabana and daybed reservations work?
    • VIP table service is based on a food & beverage minimum. There is no reservation fee for the cabana or daybed and admission is included for a specific number of people based on your minimum.
  • How does a food & beverage minimum work?
    • Food & beverage minimum is an agreement by your party to spend a specific amount on food & drinks at your cabana or daybed.
  • Are tip and tax included in the minimum?
    • Like most venues and service-based industries, the tip & tax is not included and is in addition to the minimum.
  • What is the process for checking into my table reservation?
    • Table check-in for SUNBURN Pool Lounge starts at 11am and is located through the hotel entry on 5th avenue. If you aren’t sure where to go, the Hard Rock Hotel front desk can direct you.
  • What time do I need to check into my table reservation?
    • Your reservation will be held until 1pm; after that, it will be subject to relocation.

MISC QUESTIONS

  • What type of music is played at SUNBURN?
    • EDM- Electronic Dance Music, and some hip-hop.
  • Can I charge my tab to my room?
    • No room charges are permitted at SUNBURN Pool Lounge.
  • What is the dress code for SUNBURN Pool Lounge?
    • Pool and swimwear attire are required for all guests. No basketball shorts or undershirt tanks.
  • If I’m staying at the hotel do I need a ticket for SUNBURN Pool Lounge?
    • Each hotel room comes with 2 complimentary SUNBURN entry vouchers. If your room has more than 2 guests, the additional guests will need to purchase a ticket. Every patron must have a ticket, voucher or a VIP reservation for entry.  
  • Is there a bag check?
    • There is a bag check available at SUNBURN. Please be prepared to check your bag or purse if it is larger than a clutch. 
  • What is SUNBURN Pool Lounge refund policy?
    • There are no refunds for tickets to SUNBURN.
